How much do I love this show! "Hell House" was one of my favorites from season one and it was a hoot to see Ed and Harry again.

Loved that Dean and Sam got all potty mouthed and the little skulls bleeping out the bad words - hilarious.

Dean built an electromagnet to wipe out the video. I love geeky inventor Dean. It was nice to be reminded that he has a talent for building gadgets.

Lots of growled shouting for Sam - that Voice Guh!

While I'm not a fan of shaky Camera, it completely worked for this episode.

The shout out by Ed and Harry that the TV execs don't need writers and the mention of the strike, made me giggle. Always fun when shows break the forth wall.

The haunting itself was quite creepy and necrophilia is always just...eeeeww.

Ed and Harry are hilarious and their little crew were perfect. The show completely mocks the ghostbusting shows on SciFI etc. perfectly.

Not the best episode of the season but definitely a great episode to return from hiatus with.

So what did you think? Favorite moments.
And Next Week Daddy's back - Whoo Hoo

Supernatural: Rising Son is a 6 part comic book mini-series being published by WildStorm. And I thought is was well done!

I was suprised especially since the first Supernatural comic was an awful train wreck of crap. For those interested you can find my review of that series here

This new comic is everything the first series wasn't. The story is set preseries in 1990. So the Winchesters boys are ~11 and 7

The art work is so much better. Not that their comic book versions are identifiable as the actors but they at least seem close - much closer than the first series.

This story actually fits canon. It picks up on ideas raised in AHBL. Mary's relative are disappearing and John is trying to figure out why. I could find no glaring errors or canon contradictions. The story works and it is a good one.

John is written as conflicted about what he's doing to his kids. I like this because it shows he cares but can't fight his own obsession.

And Succubus - who doesn't love them. Plus a cameo, off panel appearance by what has to be YED looking for Sam.

All in all a thumbs up and well worth getting the 6 issue series. This Comic is actually filling in background for the TV show. Something the first comics promised but instead created a pathetic AU world.

Too, too funny. I absolutely loved this episode. It broke format, and we saw Sam and Dean through different characters' eyes. Excellent!

For a second I thought that they were showing REAPER, but than when they had the camera on the road and we saw Sam and Dean in the car. LoL I was like Oh no, its those guys!

Dean built an electromagnet to wipe out the video. I love geeky inventor Dean. It was nice to be reminded that he has a talent for building gadgets.

I wanna see a pre-series ficlet about Dean's first invention. heheh.

CORBIT!

Oh man, that was sad, and yet eww watching that sicko off him.

Funnies moment had to be when that dude (I forget which one) said it was ok for his friend to bang his sister. --gah--

Moving camera, i couldah done with out.

Loved this episode! The bouncy camera started to annoy me at times, but maybe because I wanted it to sit still long enough to see the boys a little better. *hee*

Also? I wanted to see more Sam in this episode, but better some Sam than no Sam, right? ;)

A - loved the ep, though I was cringing through most of it. (Also, I couldn't stop seeing CSI-lab-geek and Euro-trip-geek-boy while watching Ed and Harry.)

B - I'll have to look into the comics, though I honestly don't know where I'd get them around here.

I started snickering at the Ghostbusters reference and just kept going. "Love at first geek" and "gay love saves the day" had me doubled up on the couch. All the bleep-outs! And blurring "the finger", and Dean refusing to share on reality TV. And next week is going to be EVEN BETTER.

I loved this ep, and Inventor!Dean is always my favorite. I still want to see an ep that reveals to Sam that Dean could've went to MIT or got approached by like NASA or something because he's a freaking genius.
Can you imagine the ANGST that would develop if Sam found out that Dean could've had the 'normal' life but choose to stay?
