Supernatural - Episode 3.10

I usually don't write a review of Supernatural because my flist gets flooded and I just mill around dropping comments. But I really enjoyed this episode.



So much interesting stuff.
1) Sam Dreaming about Bela - made me wonder if she wasn't walking in his dream to put him off guard. Still, sexually embarrased Sam is adorable

2) Sam in the bar trying to be Dean and failing miserably - again adorable.
Note:I blame clarksmuse She is putting the whammy on me and turning me into a Sammy girl. Stop it *looks at you clarksmuse*.

3) Sam tied up like a Christ figure - yikes and the conversation with Bobby - I believe his powers dormant because he wants them to be not because they really are.


3) Dean wanting to be Ben's dad broke my heart and confirmed everything we all knew about what Dean really wants.

4) Dean wants to Live - about damn time. Dean kicking himself in the ass, literally, is good therapy.

5 )Two Dean's in one room, so much hotness - even if one was an ass - see still a Dean girl!

6 )But best of all - Bobby. Now we know how he got into hunting and that he really is like a father to Dean - another wonderfully powerful moment.

Oh and for the record - if Kripke wants us to like Bela than she needs to stop being a Bitch! I am seriously starting to dislike the character - I thought she was ok but now she just pisses me off.

As for Smallville - eh it wastes time waiting for SPN and yet i still watch but only for Chloe. - Die Clana Die - sorry sometimes I can't help myself.

I'll hold her down, you get the stake. Then Clark can go be Emo-man in his fortress of whining-tude and they can rename the show "The Adventures of Chloe Sullivan." And then the writers of Supernatural and Smallville will get together and write a crossover episode, and then the writers of Highlander will awaken and suggest making Dean Immortal, and then yours and Pen's fanfic series will be CANON.

Because that is how a just and rightly world should be.

Dean kicking himself in the ass, literally, is good therapy. So true! The part where he blew himself away with the shotgun, though, had me gaping. Wow. Talk about powerful.

But best of all - Bobby. Now we know how he got into hunting and that he really is like a father to Dean - another wonderfully powerful moment. Bobby is the MAN. Dean, Sam, and Bobby need to have a Thanksgiving dinner together, or go on vacation together somewhere. And someone should write that. Hey, maybe I could-- NO! Must finish DR before all else. *swings golf club at plot bunnies*

Yes our show is made of Awesome.
I like Dean Bobby and Sam as the new little family especially now that we know Bobby had no kids.

I had to giggle because Mrs. Singer was wearing the white nightie of doom - of course

See, I wouldn't bet that Kripke *does* want us to like Bela. I mean, you don't like real people in the real world, so that should translate to TV.

It was a totally awesome episode. I agree with all your Sam points. And, I'm totally a Dean girl too ;-)

There was an interview in TV guide where he actually thought it was weird that the audience didn't find Bela interesting because the writers really like her.

That scene with Sam was excellent. I just can't belive she got them again - it's getting tedious and I've had enough. Our boys are not that stupid. I mean why didn't they have the Colt with them any way

good question. she "got them" three times, and this is only ep 10. as i've been reminding everyone, this stuff would have been about mid-season, so this is where things start turning around.

but, if she "got them" in every other episode and we were up to ep 16, yeah, that's tedious.

and they'll get the Colt back - they'll "run into" her again.

Still i think since they saved her life last time - she owed them one episode without stealing from them if there was any hope we'd wram up to her becasue no matter what kripke says - he wants Dean and Bela in bed eventually.
