How much do i love Fridays this year. Moonlight, Stargate:Atlantis, Psych and Numb3rs I was in heaven and up late as my DVR was working overtime:

Moonlight: OMG they killed KennyJosh! I really didn't think they would. Granted he is a dull as dishwater character but he provided a significant barrier to Mick/Beth happiness. As someone else pointed out Beth and Josh had sex and were happy - it was the kiss of death. Mick was a medic - interesting. No Josef - Boo! I liked that Mick didn't turn Josh and Beth blames him of all people for his Death. I loved the "If you hate yourself so much, why go on living?" question from Beth. I think this show just keep getting better.

Num3ers: David Krumholtz rocked this episode. he was scared and he was real - It was nice to see him fall apart under the pressure and not just cowboy up like so many TV characters do. And I'm starting to find him really attractive *no no no new TV boyfriends* I felt that Amita didn't really have much to do and considering she is in love with Charlie I found her behavior distant - in fact I have trouble with that whole relationship - i think it just needs more air time.

Psych: New season started. This show is just silly and I consider it a guilty pleasure. really it has no redeeming value except it makes me laugh and I guess that's enough. Shawn is a narcissistic, egomaniac but I adore him. Lassie and Jules are just not as funny when he's not around. It was great to see a Gus centric episode. He is the best, best friend ever! His ex-wife was a hoot. I hope she comes back.

Stargate:Atlantis: Loved how they are handling Teyla's pregnancy. Lorne and Teyla: their conversation was so sweet. A real away team mission for once. Lot's of Lorne but not enough Zelenka. I love the B team. This show is really clicking and I think it is just getting better. We learned how Wraiths are made and more about how they defeated the Ancients. And what do you know, it all made sense - great additions to the mythology

So your thoughts. As always I am curious to know what you are watching.

Do you think they killed off Josh because he WAS dull as dishwater? LOL! Sorry, couldn't help myself. ;) I would assume that Mick was a medic during his life (before he was vamped), and I can't help but wonder if he'd kept up with those things he did to try to save Josh's life. Interesting.

And no Josef. WTH was that all about? I kept thinking, "Dude, Josef's gonna be pissed when he find out such and such" or "Dude, Josef's gonna be happy that Mick actually drank from a human!"

(Yes, at times I call myself dude. How weird is that?)

Death by dullness. Dude, the English teacher never sleeps*g*.

"Dude, Josef's gonna be happy that Mick actually drank from a human!"
I am glad that Mick blurs the lines. He's not so crusader-like they way Angel or Nick Knight were.

I am, too. That's definitely one thing I like about Mick. He's a good guy, but he lets his passion drive him to do things Angel or Nick would never even consider. I mean, the way Mick went after that guy in the last episode? O.O Scared me silly!

Psych: You didn't mention Kate Hewlett's guest appearance on the show! She was so cute and adorable :)

SGA: I posted my ep commentary last night (http://kimberlyfdr.livejournal.com/303847.html), but I was very much happy to see Teyla and Lorne bonding. They are my secret SGA het pair :)

*headsmack* I knew she played the hyper bridesmaid I just forgot to mention it.

Lorne is my favorite and i have no idea why a bit player like that has such a huge following but I love him. I adored those scenes. Lorne and Teyla - i like it!

Ok, recap in (sort-of) order...

Moonlight: Not bad, though if he'd turned Josh, my mild interest in this show would have turned to loathing and bitter, seething disdain. (Too reminiscent of the Forever Knight ep where Nick turned Natalie's brother (?) who I believe was also shot and dying, and also a DA - I think.) The show is already stretching my 'let's rip off another show' tolerance.

Numb3rs: You can have Charlie - Don is *my* TV boyfriend. So hot! And yeah, Amita was weird in that ep, though I'm hoping to see more Colby and Charlie bonding in the future. And was I totally missing seeing Megan last night?

Atlantis: I liked, and I will miss having Teyla on the show. Kinda looking forward to next week's ep, because if the promos are to be believed, they'll finally stop trying to pretend she's only 3 months pregnant.

Psych: I don't get the show.

Moonlight - I'd forgotten about that FK episode. It is hard to be original when you are completely based on a 20 year old Canadian show.

Numb3rs - I loved that exchange between Larry and the Eng prof.(whose name eludes me at the moment) "A little less incredulity on your part would be appreciated" - Larry is so much fun. No, i really don't want Charlie either but something about this episode made me want to hug him.

You must not have written a lot of humor then. This show is one of those things I boggle at the writing acumen.

No I do love it but it is one that critics dismiss as fluff. I guess that's why I consider it a guilty pleasure - plus none one else in the family likes it.

It reminds me of those great screwball comedies of the 30's. the banter and the mock serious tone.

Am very much in like with Moonlight, but I have missed so many episodes. Joseph is my fav.

I walked in on the middle of that Num3ers ep and didn't want to try to catch up. I like Charlie's character though.

Can't abide Psych.

I missed SGA from the beginning but I love to read the fan fic. LOL

I figured for a moonlight fan!

It is quite a varied bunch I watch in Fridays.

I know what you mean, sometimes I think fan fiction can be better than the actual show.
