The implication is that there is no way it's Richie kid because even before the change he was shooting blanks. In endgame, Kate does imply that the change robbed her of her fertility. I just put that down to Duncan feeling to guilt ridden to correct her.
Also it must be a violent death. ithidrial Maybe you can answer - if Duncan had told Richie he knew he was Immortal would Richie have still become Immortal on his death or does knowing you have the potential actually stop it. Because I always wondered why Mac never told Richie he cold be Immortal. Or why he didn't aks Kate (movie) and give her the choice.
As for Dean and Sam, I think Dean will convince Sam to stop hunting and have a family so that Dean can always have a part of Sam to protect. I think Sarah will make a lovely Winchester.
