Hm...I just had another thought. What if the heart attack didn't occur naturally. Like, I don't know, an electric shock (like what Dean had, poor boy). Or I think there's some other ways heart attacks can be caused ...artificially. You know, with intent. Murder, in other words. Would that have an effect on an Immortal?
